However, if you read on you see that they will also incur costs that
they had expected earlier:

Cost of sales as a percentage of net sales increased to 68.1% for the six months ended November 30, 1998
compared to 49.2% for the corresponding period of the previous fiscal year. This increase is due in part to lower profit margins
on the Company's $3.3 million kiosk application order compared to profit margins typically associated with the Company's
other product lines. The remainder of the kiosk order, which is scheduled to be shipped during the balance of fiscal year 1999,
is anticipated to put upward pressure on the cost of sales as a percentage of net sales for the current fiscal year when compared
to corresponding periods of the previous fiscal year.
