I've recently picked up a few of TLC's (Softkey's) software products. They are excellant! So........ I thought that I would check up on the stock. I just started looking at TLC tonight. My next stop is Edgar, to check out TLC's last report. I am a little cautious about picking up this stock due to their liabilities of $600 million in LTD, etc., compared to $670 in "Intangible" Assets, etc.. Any input into these items, or TLC's general financial health, would be appreciated. Their software products, that I have purchased so far, were well worth the money. Regards, Bob
