Michael, these guys own vse SUG, through the booming real estate years in vancouver this company generated alot of income all of which was diverted to the controlling shareholders, the IDX insider group are the quintessential gordon gekko's of the vse, these things do not change,you will see endless options granted etc etc a few other vse cos these folks are in are TCC and DBA same scenerio applys, better to look at a high ranking value line company at least you'd have a chance buy IDX you,ll get raped.
