Stan you are right, basically even though we sent the warrants to the DTC in late Oct, for whatever reason there is a great deal of these warrants still there... I dont know if it was an oversight on their part or what, but the point being is things were not handled right, so in some cases the DTC recalled many of the warrants and has to start over this distribution. Which is why some disappeared, and will soon reappear. We decided that even though we didnt make the mistake and you guys didnt make the mistake we are moving the date back so that those of you wishing to exchange your warrants are not penalized for something you and CVIA did not do. So as soon as we have a solid answer and are certain everything is where it is supposed to be.... when it is supposed to be we will take care of seeing that this costs no shareholder an opportunity or money. On the other hand this is an internal thing, and it does not affect the timeframe of Archival in the least. KAA
