Sword,

While it is not impossible that there is some merit to your suspicions, I seriously doubt it.

First of all you have to understand that the great majority of those who trade OTCBBs are not investors but traders out for a quick buck. They see the stock is not moving and they sell. Put this together with a large number of cheap shares and greedy MMs, and it is all you need to explain the trading activity of TSIG over the last few months.

I have been saying for a while now that for the stock to rise much higher, people will need to see solid revenues. I think that is what investors are waiting for. Yes there has been a lot of good news, but it is by no means a "sureity" as you put it that strong earnings are around the corner. A likelihood but not a sureity. Certainly not in the minds of most investors.

A glance at the historical financials of TSIG would scare away everyone who was at all risk averse.

Now it is true that TSIG has taken a number of steps which could result in tremendous success. However, when most investors look at TSIG, they do not see this--they see a lot of risk or a short term trading opportunity.

If something were rotten in Denmark as you suggest, I doubt we would be seeing all this activity with Cohesive, the BR league, Signature, Dick Clark, etc.
