I heard a rumor about Group SanFrancisco is looking to buy Club Monaco. It would be a all stock deal worth around 15$/shr. My source is reliable and he deals directly with management of GSF (SF.A-Mtl). Their main objective is to get into the US market and to get national into Canada. Timing of this deal is Feb. or March .. but before the 4th quarter (year end) results due for around March 20th. IMO the stock should be around 12$ for summer 1999 based only on the projected earnings. Thassico
