Dear Christine,
Housedress is not required for following recipe. In fact, it might be much more interesting if you cooked it in the nude (although it would no doubt revolt your children.)

Tiropeta (Greek Cheese Pie)

6 eggs
1/4 lb butter
1/2 lb feta - goat cheese
1/2 lb tofu (bit less than 1 C)
1/4 lb Phyllo leaves (find them in your grocer's freezer)
1/4 lb butter (this ones not a diet recipe, OK)

Heat Oven to 350'

Beat eggs till thick. Melt 1/4 lb butter, allow to cool. Mash cheese & tofu, then add butter & eggs and beat well. Cut phyllo to fit 7 by 11 pan (2'' deep) butter leaves lightly with second 1/4 lb of butter. Line the pan with 8-9 leaves. Pour cheese mixture in & top with 8-9 more leaves. Bake ~ 30 min (till golden brown) and let stand 20 min. before cutting.

You can role this mixture in phyllo leaves for lovely appetizers. Cut into spirals and bake on a cookie sheet for ~ 10 to 15 minutes (again, golden brown.)

Must go - Voyager is on.
