I could see where you would think that this is a bad thing. You were never very good at doing DD or IMHO very smart! They will be doing this 10 RS in order to do a Reverse Merger. This is done all the time and can be VERY good!. RS are bad when they are done for the sole purpose of propping up the stock price. if you want to see an Example of this look at ZULUD they just got done doing the same thing. Only with IDCN not only will you get stock in IDCN but two other stocks thrown into the mix. Please bash me and my comments it will make the price increase even more sweeter!
