Doesn't seem so good to me. I guess they'll hide the loss of $750,000 with a one time charge, but it's still a lot of money and shows they feel they did wrong. Also, they had a board candidate withdraw which again shows some discontent. I haven't bothered to follow the details of the whole thing, but just reading the e-mail Innovex sent me this morning left me thinking it was not a good development. Maybe it's resolved, but not favorably. Regards, Mark
