This sounds like a lovely recipe, Alexa. Tell me, though, what is the point of the tofu?? It seems like an optional ingredient, unless it binds the other ingredients together.
You can't get much more cholesterol in a recipe than this one has!!! Too bad these are the things that taste the best!! When I was little my mother used to make cheese balls, basically very sharp cheddar, flour, salt, and butter, rolled into balls and baked, served hot with plenty of alcoholic drinks, as you might well imagine!! I bet some of you even have the recipe.

Have you guys noticed that suddenly there are so many posts every day it's hard to wade through them?? I hope you all have the patience and free time to plod through, because I miss you when you are gone. I notice Thomas White has not been back since his Asia trip, and Del Kroupa isn't here either!!! Now that we have welcomed so many wonderful Goofs and their pack animals and other imaginary creatures into our warm feelings, it's definitely a bit crowded!!!
Sal needs to stay out by the hitching post, Drygulch!!! I'm tired of getting sniffed and nibbled at every time I bend down to get another tray of cheese treats out of the oven!!!
