Dear Rocket: Thanks for the response. The installer that came out to the house told me we couldn't see the 256/20 satellite (due to trees) and I guess didn't know of the 184/39 satellite which we could have seen.Is the 184/39 from Port. satellite usable forallchannels? In the meanwhile I have not been able to get on to the URL you provided but I will keep trying. Thanks again. John
