Why would it be suicidal? If there is major dilution because of a failure to elevate the share price, there's always more options that can be issued to management so as to maintain control. No? Please understand the dynamics of public companies when posting. While it may appear to all that management's fortunes are directly tied to the shareholders, in reality nothing could be further from the truth. sword
