My earlier post was too optimistic. The maximum amount that SMTK will receive for the sale is $192.5 million, and even that is subject to downward revision following due diligence. There will be monthly negative cash flow "until the cows come home." There remains a shareholder lawsuit of humongous size. Significant legal bills remain. By the time this gets to the shareholders, it is doubtful there will be anything left. Sorry.
