Richard, I have no idea.....the same with the common...PRE=open it was bidding up..seemed as soon as the momentum started they sold into it. I didnt pay much attention after noon, but it looks as tho they played it that way all day today. My first thought this morning was they were lifting the bid to accumulate shares for the soon to be e-commerce site. I thought the news was great again today, especially how accretive this would be to earnings... Sandra
