Clinton is background noise at the moment, Greenspan will do his Greenspeak and I can't imagine he would say anything to put the international markets in a tizzy again ... now that Brazil is calming down. The markets continue to churn, so when you say people are getting scared ... who's getting scared? Certainly not John-Q Public, and therein lies the monkey wrench.
