Gennaro, Yes, I've read it. It's a nice description of the system structure and values. That's been true for the last several months with no tangible benefits to the company or its shareholders. What I'm trying to get at is what it might deliver to the Cymedix business and so MDIX. What can they get in Revenues over time? What's it going to cost in SG&A? The business structure they propose is capable of delivering very high profit margins - can they turn the corner, when and what's it worth. I want a balance sheet and earnings statement projection. So far I'm not getting any input. Let's get serious about this one. Enough of the "isn't management great/lousy", "what a great system" and other stuff - I want numbers. My first blind guess is out there, shoot at it please. Graham
