Hey Sue! Fancy meeting you here!;)

I finally took the plunge on PQT. Looks like they squared away their debt to equity conversion with PICO Holdings which is VERY good news! Hopefully PICO has been shorting the stock prior to finalizing the agreement with PQT in late December(highly likely) which will leave the stock with less overhang to work through before it can go higher from here. The release regarding PCQuote.com mostly likely preceeds a spinoff of their internet business as an IPO. And we all know what the potential for hype surrounding these E*Financial Service IPO's is;)

I noticed they are in the top 20 on the HOT 100 Financial Sites so the sheer number of hits they are receiving brings a certain interest and viability to their efforts in becoming a key financial information provider on the net. My guess is you may see them adopt a completely free model driven by advertising revenue for free real time quotes which is very similar to Free Realtime(FRTI). FRTI trades at about 1 1/2 times the market cap of PQT so considering PQT also generates 50% of its revenue from non internet related services we may have a nice pop soon.

Looking for 6 bucks near term.

Cheers!
