I am very interested to see earnings this quarter. I expect some type of earnings break-out showing a Proforma (w/100hot.com) and GNET before the acquisition. Proforma will be negative earnings. GNET will be slightly positive maybe as high as 4 cents. If I am right, I expect the price of GNET to decline to around 80 (low 70's during slow periods). GNET needs to build name recognition, improve overall functionality (multiple languages, online store, and other stuff) before we really see this one take off. Slightly positive earnings is good, but we need to spend to grow. We have to remember that GNET is not a utility issue. Branding is the most important thing to us right now. I believe GNET's metacrawler will develop better exposure, more than GNET's other assets. As much as I like SI, I think it has a limited appeal. A good search engine will be the backbone of their service. Games and MetaSpy are great toys but won't develop the interest that we need. Any thoughts or earning estimates?
