I tried their service about a year and a half ago and it sucked!!! All they did was give me the name of some dealer that subscribed to autobytel in my area. His price was extremely too high. I'm sure they made some changes over the past year, but my only experience with them was poor. Having said that, I'm smart enough to see that if this company can get multiple dealers in one area to subscribe to their service, then it could be beneficial to the consumer. There's an article out in todays USA today about car dealers going to a no haggle policy--not good news for a company like this. Doug
