Investor-ex There is no surplus. <Already, we have ~$100 billion deficit for the first 3.5 months of the current fiscal year, which started last October. The budget deficit this year is accruing at approximately triple the rate of last year's total budget deficit> This sounds very dark and conspiratorial - but are you sure you're not confusing the budget deficit with the trade deficit? If not, can you explain the truth behind the statement? Would the Republicans not just jump on a false claim by the Administration? Curious to know. dd
