Michael, Nice post. In fact, on the same post, scroll all the way down and there is an additional paragraph on ABTX with more data! Didn't I hear that the ABTX shareholder's meeting is in late Feb? If so, just another reason for this deal to happen soon as outlined by management since October '98. If you were JT and team, which of these options would you prefer at the upcoming shareholder meeting: A. Go in front of an angry mob and explain why the deal hasn't executed as of yet (for whatever reasons) or B. We cheered and toasted for bringing recent enhanced shareholder value to the company and speak to a bright well-funded future.... I will be flying out for either selection, but I firmly believe JT is doing all he can do to avoid A!
