Walter -

Sorry it took so long to get back to you on your question. Here is what I posted on the FTEL thread in response to questions like yours:

=====

I received this information directly from FTEL. For the full package on the new PP, please contact FTEL. I know that there have been several individuals over the last two years that have wanted to know how to get in on the IPO. Here's your chance. And unlike the first PP, there is now a business plan, a well defined organization between FTEL and FNET, and as we have all really enjoyed recently, REVENUES!

Note that if you are already a PP owner and have not received your package, please contact FTEL. I know of one person whose address on file was incorrect, and consequently did not receive the mailing. They had to go this route.

As far as the first PP owners <exercise rights> , we are waiting to hear from the company on this question (and several others).

In addition to the above, the factors I like about this PP/IPO is that FTEL will get to balance its accounts receivables to the tune of $2.7M. And FNET will get to hire critical personel as well as fund its world wide expansion. Unlike so many other IPOs, they are not doing it to pay down a huge debt - they are going for expansion. I also like that they are applying for NASDAQ at the same time.

Cheers,

George
