Dear Lucky Lady. I always welcome any soul into discussion, until checking out their mental credentials, I am often sickened to find that they come to me from the satan threads, or something. Now, assuming you are just a sweet soul who loves to talk about God as you know Him, and I hope with all my heart and soul that you actually do know Him, because to live without Him is something my brain can hardly program any more, well, then I love to exchange non-combative thought with intelligent life!
Apparently you are Jewish. Good. I am quite, quite anglo, and that way back to I'm sure to the Druid Celts. My own DNA was quick to return to the vomit of Baal as brought to me in l970 as fashionable occultism,and that through a hodge podge of heirs and heiresses to various fortunes, and mostly college educated, and all hippies with the remaining brain power of a healthy cabbage after all that dope. If we have similar backgrounds, than you know what I mean. If we don't, we can still discuss the Father of Jesus Christ in great joy.
since I have persecuted no Jewish person on earth, au contraire, have politely and humorously tolerated much rudeness and Christian bating from my D.C. and N.Y. Jewish friends, and know a lot of yiddish slang, etc., and have dearly, dealy loved several Jewish males to an excessive degree, it is not my cup of tea to discuss it. Whatever the Germans did before I was born does really not pertain to me, and I can't relate to it any more than what the Portugese did to the first primitive American Indians. Nor can I become too obsessed with what the Albanians now do to each other. Or the Bosnians. It is what you call rather out of my hands.

My Jesus, whom I know in a very personal way, and who has utterly brought me out of the darkness into His glorious light, ALSO pointed to GOD, His Father. He instructed all to only worship God the Father. Read what He said in His own words. It is a life-changing experience.
Where God is concerned, we walk as soldiers on point in Viet Nam. We can really only trust the Holy Spirit to show us what is truth. Take all teachings of all men with much caution and a salt shaker.
I am totally consumed with Jesus Christ, and I too say, Hear Oh Isreal, the Lord thy God is ONE GOD. And His son who taught me to come to know this truth is Jesus Christ.
Don't let the blind lead you, as if you are not looking very closely you will assume they MUST know where they are going and then you will fall in the ditch with them.
I don't like to follow fools, myself, but if I find one I'm not going to pull out a gun and shoot the poor thing either. Basically I just stay away. Beware Beware Beware of turning off to Jesus Christ unless you personally have attempted to meet Him and check out His credentials as Lord and Savior of miserable and fallen mankind. Me included.
I hope this doesn't sound preachy. I love speaking of things of God in Heaven. Who sits on the Throne. Jesus is clearly delineated by all, including Himself, as standing BESIDE IT.
