So Silver Fox, I suspect that you will attend the next stockholder's meeting over the net, I was wondering if you knew whether this was going to be a real stockholder's meeting or just a media event? If it is going to be a real stockholders meeting, will they be sending out any 14/A materials discussing any matters intended to be put to a vote, like increasing the number of authorized and outstanding shares, or voting on any mergers, yet to be completed or perhaps newly announced? Or will it be a can-you-hear-me-yes-I'm-here kind of performance with all the telecast participants fumbling with the technology, and never quite answering any difficult questions?
