Some BB's follow a typical pattern of buy on rumor and sell on news. TSIG is a reporting company and would have to disclose via the SEC any shares sold, 504's, etc. Personally I believe when a stock trades more than average volume and the price stays relatively the same it could be perceived as a healthy sign (shaking out the weak shares). Another factor to consider is the news is defining the companies progress but was not earth shattering. One day brokers will buy the stock and all this under a dollar stuff will evaporate.
