I got you Larry, I told you before that you had found mistakes that I didn't. You just seemed to be saying mine weren't there. You were looking at the balance sheet, and I was looking at earnings. Certainly as earnings go it was to their advantage to claim $0 against $0 rather than against earnings of $.007. Any way we look at it the earnings report is in severe doubt until they correct it. It is not for us to juggle the numbers and then say that it is right or to assume that anything on the report is. Dave
