What is MSPGs plan? I have posed the same concerns as recently as last week. However, This question has been asked of Charles Brewer every time he appears on CNBC or CNN. He always dodges the question with a twinkle in his eye. I truly believe he has a plan, already in the works. Is it a cable or a telecom Deal? I don't know, but I believe one will be forthcoming this year. It could even be the result of a buyout or merger. I know, everyone says Mspg is too overvalued or bloated to attract a buyout. I disagree! Why? Because, anyone who would want to make a buyout of Mspg , will also be overvalued and bloated. Take a look at the Athm and Xcit deal announce today for over $ 7 billion. It could be AT&T, AOL or any other national 800 Lb. Gorilla. The recent announcement on Jan 13 regarding a deal with AOL & local phone giant Bell Atlantic Corp. (NYSE: BEL) Offering high-speed Internet access over Bell phone lines, a move marking AOL's entry into the broadband Internet access market. This could also happen to Mspg. Best wishes 3d
