PS: Embedded assets like DBCC's MKTW holding are rarely reflected at market value. More often than not Mr. Market discounts the value of the offspring to the parent to something less than the current market value. In MALL/UBID's case (somewhat similar to DBCC/MKTW) the discount Mr. Market has determined to be appropriate is around 40%, don't see why things would be any different here. drakes353 PS: Those folks out there saying DBCC won't trade at a discount to its MKTW holding are in effect saying it's different this time. It never is.
