A good start, with 3.2M shares outstanding, has traded as high as 13.13 recently. 12% owned by institutions. Revenues almost eight million last year. The debt load bothers me some, though. 41.5 million in long term debt. The spin off would have to do exceedingly well (even by internet terms) to cover that IMO. Probably better and safer places in the near term to invest. Would love to hear from someonewith another opinion.
