IMHO I think for the 2.5 billion market cap of MSPG you could build a great AV.com ISP. I took a look at the ISPs listed in SI. I may be wrong, but if CPQ does something with ISPs, I thing it will try acquiring and combining a number of privately owned ISPs for stock, or building one. The stock values may be too high to buy one.
