What is MMTM??

As a new Class A MMTM Shareholder, I received via snail mail today,
an "Information Statement" from Momentum Business Applications, Inc.,
a 45 page "prospectus" which describes much of the situations/questions that have been asked. It also refers to the
"Registration Statement" filed with the SEC. I guess I'll have to curl up in bed and read both, line-by-line; have not done so yet.

In a rapid scan, I note the strange business and contractual relationships with PSFT and "who can do what to whom" and the
apparent conflicts of interest that are discussed.

I also note that MMTM started trading at exactly $10 today at the open. Why ??
