It is hard not to be sarcastic and downright pissed at this point.

But I hardly agree with your statement that: "BC is a fraud. Any way
you slice it. He is merely trying to keep this shell game going long
enough to distract everyone from his real goal of selling us a bunch
of worthless stock. A goal he has long since attained and gotten
rich from".

The facts are that BC and family have more worthless stock than any
one of us right now. Unless he is happy with pennies a share he would
have a tough time selling it right now. Second fact is that he has
been keeping the company alive with his own money for quite some time
now. My guess is that he has lent over $1,000,000 to the company by
now. Yes, I agree we all have reason to doubt BC. But if his intention
is getting rich off this than he isn't doing a very good job. I am
sure many of us have more than we should invested, but BC has
everything he's got invested in GRNO. Including his house !!

From what I have gathered, while oil prices stay as low as they are
there isn't enough profit to expect a deal in the states. However
overseas is a completely different story. A plant in China as was
planned would produce about $10,000,000 per year profit which GRNO
would be entitled to 50% of. Shouldn't be hard to find someone
willing to entertain another JV with those numbers. Besides, this
could all change with this EPACT 92 law that is mentioned in the
news release. It seems that the tax incentive would make a plant
profitable in the U.S. with any fuel prices.

Has anyone been able to find more on EPACT 92 ??

The only thing I notice about Bo O'Brian is what he has done for
EVSI. I believe he is involved with them as a financial advisor.
Their stock has gone from under a dollar to a recent high of $16.
with little news. Maybe some day when we get back on our feet he can
do the same for GRNO.

It's a new tax year, we have no choice but to relax and wait. My money
says BC is due for a change of luck real soon .

Good evening to all,
BOB K
