SIDT spikes up periodically. It is always possible that there may be something behind the spike, or it could be just another "gone if you blink" runup. I did track down SIDT's most recent IR guy in Michigan a few weeks ago to ask him about the PR that was promised at the last CC (in October or November of 1998) regarding some deal with Issei-Noritake, and the guy told me that Yaniv was going to Japan after Xmas (he didn't actually say what Yaniv was going to do there, but he left the impression the trip had something to do with the I-N deal). So, mebbe, just mebbe, something was achieved over there and those who know this (however they do) are buying again.
BTW, SIDT used to have a PR guy before Sara Breuer came and went (she sounded like a nice honest person) named Trey Fecteau. I used to refer to him as "Smooth Trey." He left just before SIDT was delisted, and according to Sara, she found nothing from the NASDAQ in the way of the customary warning letter when she succeeded him. I though he was gone when Sara showed up, but guess who is VP and Secretary of SIDT according to YAHOO!?
Has the person who posted news of the Ohio lawsuit against Yaniv updated lately?
Buyer beware, here. Study their website. Read all the previous SI posts. They make interesting claims about their technology, which, if true, could make them a player. But ever since they became a penny stock, it's all been about the money, IMO. |
