All very true. Each and every one of your points. No dispute here.

I just returned from a major conference in San Francisco, the Health.net conference. It was attended by the entire growing medical internet industry. Cymedix wasn't there. Only one of its managers showed up, as a guest of another company. He told me Cymedix was precluded from attending because the parent wouldn't pay the fee. The company isn't attending the HIMSS trade show either. Same reason. I spoke to Cymedix competitors. Consensus: the company has a unique and near great product, a contract that means something, but no infrastructure, not even a foundation. They have no field trainers (none, zero, zip) no customer support personnel (nada, effis, nil). They have a total of 12 employees. Medix Resources was described by two competitor CEOs as clueless. They are spinning their wheels under this ownership.

A car doesn't get very far without fuel. Look at that balance sheet. This stock is a "wait 'n see."
