Bob,

I have read the article and the article states that the lower the stock price at the date of conversion the better. This I don't understand. Also, later on in the article, when the author would have a chance to explain such a statement, the author merely states "Obviously...blah blah blah..."

Now, if the stock price is low and the conversion takes place at a 5 day trailing moving average plus a discount, the bond holder will get more shares at a lower price. Once all of these shares flood the market the stock will go even lower.

What about this as a possiblity. The article indicates that the stocks take a big digger a few days before conversion. I'll bet the bond holders are selling shares short prior to conversion at a higher price and then covering with the shares received on conversion and then they still would have extra shares to sell on the open market. If that is the answer, it is quite a scam. It would further show that Elizabeth knows what she is talking about and Bryan should not have chased her away, but should have listened and learned.

Any comments...

-Scott
