You might not want to go there, Puppet boy!!!!!!!!!!!... Danger!!!! Look, you were the one who earlier on this thread publicly stated your sister was your in-house counsel and a prominent lawyer in your area. Assuming you didn't make that up like you made up your Harvard degree I suggest you call her right away and ask her if Spidey's feeding you a load of crap about the federal case and the way our judicial system works in general. Specifically, ask her to 1) call the court at 702-388-6351 and ask for Bonnie, the docket clerk, 2) ask specifically if any default judgments have been signed, and 3) upon learning none have, ask her about that whole process, about due process for someone like the DTC that hasn't even had their day in court, and about the appeals process. Then come back and tell us if you're still invested in AZNT. - Jeff
