Hi everyone:

"In Sep and Oct of 98 was when the PP was consummated. 4,210.000 shares of Common stock to certain subscribers for the purchase price of 842,000.00..the funds were raised to allow PNL to continue with its website and development programs."

Although the 'pp' was consummated for .20 a share, $842,000.00 is still a lot of dough to speculate in a start-up company. If the Webtool is not as good as predicted, the 'pp' investors can still stand the chance of losing most of the $842,000.00. It is simply the case of supply and demand. Remember, there are over 10 million shares on the float, if all those shares exit out of the door at the same time, what do you think the price will become? It doesn't matter you bought it at 20 cents, you can still lose.

So, the positive light on this 'pp' is that the investors believe enough in PNL's concept to risk the investment. Perhaps the 'pp' investors have a much better picture of the PNL's business plan than we are privileged to at this moment.

All in all, I am glad PNL bought themselves time to fine-tune the Webtool through the 'pp' route than through the line-of-credit route. As we all know, debt in a company can do more harm in certain business climate, especially for a start-up company which has yet to build up its revenue base. The interest expenses can 'untimely' kill the company even in the face of a possible turn-around.

So, instead of fearing the additional float, let's welcome the 'pp' investors. For without them, I will hate to speculate where we are right now in term of PNL's future direction.

IMHO, from what I have seen and read so far, JPC, Walker, and Glenn are all resourceful people with well-established network around the globe. I believe it is because of this network that the 'pp' was able to consummated at all. Without a doubt, if PNL is going to be successful, it will be because of JPC, Walker, and Glenn that pulled it off.

Therefore, Ladies and Gentlemen, more than the Webtool we are investing in, we are, IMHO, really investing in JPC, Walker, and Glenn!

Ok... how does this work... Should I say... go JPC, go Walker, go Glenn! Yeah! That's it! Oooop, I guess I am cheering now, eh?

To Each His Own

and

Prosperity to ALL!
