Twas the day before Christmas and all through Upstate New York, not an inch of snow to be found ---- until later in the day. Since then we have had 5 feet of snow. (3-weeks)

Temps were cold up until the last couple of days. Past two days have been higher than normal and is forecasted to stay that way through next Sunday - perhaps longer.
