That's where the action has been, dude - on the phone! We've been scanning the same sector, I see. This evening I was looking at the EuroTels -vs- the U.S. phone companies (DT + BTY + FTE are up +8.8% YTD) and if I could do it over again ( hindsight :-) I would have added KPN (Netherlands) and SCM (Switzerland) and increased EuroTels from 15% to 25% of CORE.

One interesting pair of _gamblers_ I came across is EFCX - Electric Fuel (they make a 30-day, non-rechargeable battery for Nokia/Ericsson/Motorola handi phones; that's wireless, mate :-) and TESS - Tessco Technologies (they just signed an agreement with Electric Fuel to distribute these "zinc-air" technology cellular batteries).
