Ben, Most of the followers of this thread have focused on the hiding that the common holders take in these situations. I haven't seen any discussion about the potential risks to a preferred holder who isn't in on the scam. Zeev, can you comment on triggering events and timing that Ben would need to be attentive to (assuming that a death spiral was initiated) as well as any other risks on the preferred side. David
