Michael--Companies choose to pre-announce for a variety of reasons. They can pre-warn or indicate they are comfortable with analysts estimates. In this case cbsi probably pre-announced to ally any fears re: the secondary. Should they beat, which I expect to be the case, you may still see a price "pop." "flatsville"
