Mr. Macko, the former head of G-E medical is now the head of Stanly tools. He is gone from G-E. As a matter of fact he was in charge of G-E medical when they stole the magnet idea from fonar.It's just a matter of time until the lawsuit is settled and others have already settled out of court(siemens, phillips and hitachi) with fonar and have paid up. G-E is finished and it would take an O-J type of decison by the three judge appeals panel to overturn judge Wexler's decision.
