Q & A with Andrea R. at IMCL IR 1.The latest PR indicates that; The late stage equity-based milestones are to be paid through the purchase of common stock of ImClone at a premium to the then market price. What specifically will this premium be? The premium is based on a range but it can be as high as 50% above were the stock is trading at the time of the milestone being achieved. 2.Analysts I noticed IMCL presented at H&Q's annual health science conference. a) What was the general reaction to the presentation? Did H&Q have anything to say? b) Has H&Q written a summary of the presentations, now that the conference is over? c) Has, or do you expect, H&Q to do a write up on IMCL itself? d) can you send me a copy of what IMCL presented and any feedback/commentary about IMCL's products and presentation? e) Has IMCL met with any other analysts (like Franklin Berger who covered IMCL at ? (Smith Barney) but who recently left for J P Morgan) in the past few months? expect to speak to any in next few months? The ImClone presentation at H&Q was well received by those investors who spoke with me after the presentation. At the present time the analyst at H&Q does not cover the company. We do plan to meet with them but at the present time I cannot say whether they will be initiating coverage on the company. You would need to contact H&Q to find out if they have summaries of the corporate presentations. They may also have tapes available of the presentations. We do have a copy of the slides, however without it be presented it may not be the most valuable thing to send since it needs the oral presentation. The company has actively been pursuing and meeting with various sell side analyst over the past few months. At this time I cannot say when coverage will be initiated. It is not appropriate for me to hypothesize on when this may happen and who the analyst may be.
