Ed, I also now see big moves in the stock. Leading up to April earnings report, we will see a huge run up. Maybe they will preannounce that great earnings a month or so early. My guess is that they will NOT want to attract as much attention as they did this time, especially since the Judge is expected to rule on the case sometime after March. I believe MSFT finishes presenting in March. When a company preannounces good earnings, the stock does not go up as much.(I think). Shocking reports like yesterday provide better moves in the stock.
