Couldn't disagree with you less. If a client is looking for long term growth, I believe the tinme to invest the money is whern it is available....if they are nervous, they can dollar cost avg., but being a long term bull, it would be hypocritical to suggest anything other than being fully invested today. I invest through individual issues or mutuals, depending on the client
