Ken: There's little debate on the fact that Clinton is a likeable guy. But this isn't a popularity contest. The facts are that the President of the US lied under oath then obstructed justice in order to conceal his lies. What would happen to the average Joe (Pakin) under these circumstances? So the obvious question (which only requires a simple yes or no) is: Is the President of the US above the law?
