He read that in a book....

BTW-- I do not like people who call themselves Financial Advisors and then get commissions-- F.A., like CFP's do it for a fixed fee or a % of assets or a % of profit.

Load mutuals are BS.

And the guy is telling his "clients" to be fully invested......
