RENTON, Wash., Jan 20 (Reuters) - Multiple Zones
International Inc. (Nasdaq:MZON - news) said Wednesday it
entered an e-commerce agreement with Infospace.com Inc. (Nasdaq:INSP - news), helping to
expand the reach of Multiple Zones' online computer store, Zones.com.

''By becoming an e-commerce partner with Infospace.com, we now have the opportunity to
introduce millions of Infospace.com users to the extensive product selection and convenient shopping
features on Zones.com,'' said Phil Lalji, chief executive officer of Multiple Zones.

Under the agreement, Zones.com will be featured on every page of Infospace.com.

''Through this agreement, Zones.com has effectively formed alliances with hundreds of leading Web
sites to which the Infospace.com site is linked,'' said Marc Benjamin, vice president of marketing at
Multiple Zones.

Infospace.com is a provider of private label solutions for content and commerce to portals and
Internet appliances.

Multiple Zones is a direct marketer of computer products, which launched its Web auction site in
late December 1998.

Infospace.com said last week it is comfortable with analysts' earnings estimates that the Internet
company would become profitable in the fourth quarter of 1999.

Infospace.com shares closed at 60 and Multiple Zones shares closed at 17-5/8 on Tuesday.
