Eldon, I believe in the one's who are working on this merger and I know I can trust them to do what is right for the benefit of all IPM share holders and it is true the merger is progressing just fine. I understand your feelings, I for one have a need to know all I can find out about anything I am involved in, but at this time I think we will just have to wait a little longer. I believe your are not trying to get information to do harm but the information that you want is just not available to anyone other than the ones directly involved at this time. Hang in there we are going to do okay with this merger.
