We're obviously not in great shape. What we're trying to say is that you can get there from here very quickly. The scuttlebutt is very likely true, why would a company with no customers and short of cash have anyone in support, training etc. Spending money on conferences is also probably not a wise move at this time. I'd be more concerned if the opposite was true - it's definitely a time for cost control. Marketing and sales is the important element in your list along with the product implementation. If they've landed one big contract then that's what they need right now. If the product is not really "finished", and needs $1m or so to get into shape to ship, then that's a huge problem, but I haven't heard that message. I'll wait and see if Yeros can implement when the chips are down. I've seen nothing to get excessively peeved about at the moment, just intense cost control. Graham
